Improving health by inspiring healthy living

I know how it feels to have chronic symptoms and not to overcome them. I know how hopeless it can feel to hear someone say your disease will be a part of you for the rest of your life. I also know what it is to follow treatments with little to no success. That is why I decided to learn new ways to improve health, to study a career that goes in line with my background as a physical therapist. I can lead you to a path where you create and implement sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that will make you feel healthy and resilient. Together we will discover the impact diet, sleep, exercise, stress, and environmental toxins play in your life and then, we will explore the changes that will take place for you, to have a life with significant pain reduction and improved lifestyle behavior. Not to mention the positive impact such changes will have in your kid’s health as well.

My training at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy provided me with highly effective skills that will lead you to a successful life changing story, where you will gain back control of your health by getting better at making good choices and overcoming challenges with grace.

How does it work?

As a health and wellness coach, I will bring conscious awareness to your life and collaborate with you in conversations, building motivation, confidence, and engagement. Here is a step-by-step description of the process:

Discovery call

A twenty-minute introductory video call to meet and discuss your health situation and the coaching process. During this conversation, you will find out if my plan is the right fit for you.

Plan selection

Proposal of an individualized plan that will address your needs. You will choose the best program for you. Signing up and coaching agreement process will start.

03

Foundation session

One 60-minute intensive health history consultation to better understand your health journey and goals. Together, we will explore the health areas you want to focus on and co-create an initial wellness plan.

Follow-up sessions

Bi-weekly 50-minute sessions to put the plan into action, making small long-lasting changes in your lifestyle and food plan.

Victory session

Final session to review accomplishment of original goals and plan, maintenance strategies and next steps.
